Use of this website

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to request quotes, inspections and consultations. Content is provided "as is," and while we aim to keep it accurate, we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

Quotes and estimates

Any quote, estimate or pricing information provided through this website, by email, or in conversation is preliminary and is not a binding contract. A project only proceeds once a written scope of work, pricing and payment schedule have been reviewed and signed by both parties.

Scope changes

Any change to an agreed scope of work — additions, removals, or substitutions — requires written approval documenting the change, its cost impact and any effect on the project schedule before that work proceeds.

Site assessments

Site assessments and inspections performed by NOOR are construction-oriented reviews intended to inform scope, feasibility and pricing. They are not a substitute for services provided by a licensed engineer, architect, municipal building inspector, certified home inspector or other regulated professional, and should not be relied on as such.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOOR Construction Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on information provided through it prior to a signed project agreement. Our liability in connection with any completed project is governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable written agreement for that project.
