What we collect

When you use our quote request, contact or inspection forms, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, project details, budget information, and any photos or documents you choose to upload (for example, existing-condition photos or plans).

Why we collect it

This information is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare estimates, schedule consultations and site assessments, and manage your project if you choose to work with us. We do not use submitted information for unrelated marketing purposes without your consent.

How it is stored

Submitted information, including uploaded photos and documents, is stored in a secure cloud database and file storage system with access limited to authorized NOOR team members. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect this information, though no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It may be shared with trades, consultants or professionals directly involved in assessing or delivering your project, and where required by law.

Retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver a project, and meet our record-keeping and legal obligations. Inquiries that do not proceed to a project may be retained for a limited period for follow-up purposes.

Requesting deletion

You may request that we delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@noorconstruction.ca. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any information we are required to retain by law.
