When appropriate, we visit the property, inspect the space, take measurements and identify important construction conditions.

The client receives a written description of the proposed work, allowances, exclusions, price and payment schedule.

After approval, the work is documented and added to the construction schedule.

Materials, trades, site protection, project stages and required inspections are coordinated.

The client receives updates about completed work, upcoming activities, required decisions and discovered conditions.

Changes outside the original scope are documented through a written change order before additional work proceeds.

The work is reviewed with the client. Remaining items are documented, completed and prepared for handover.

Aftercare

Remaining items found during the final walkthrough are documented and completed before handover.
