My name is Mustafa Noor, founder of NOOR Construction Solutions and a bathroom renovation and legal basement specialist. With international construction experience, I have renovated more than 100 bathrooms and completed over 20 basement projects across Ottawa.
Through every project, I’ve learned that homeowners need more than skilled tradespeople. They need someone who listens, communicates honestly, respects their home, and stands behind the work.
I started NOOR Construction Solutions to bring those values together. My goal is to create bathrooms and basements that are safe, comfortable, properly built, and made to serve your family for years to come.

Noor Construction Solutions Inc. is a locally operated construction and renovation company serving Ottawa and surrounding communities.
Our team has practical experience working on bathrooms, basements, legal secondary dwelling units and residential renovation projects. We understand that construction inside an occupied home requires planning, communication and respect for the people living there.
Every project has different conditions. We take time to review the work, identify likely challenges and explain the next steps before construction moves forward.
Our focus is to build a dependable company based on documented work, responsible project management and long-term relationships with homeowners and trades.

Floors and pathways are protected, work areas are separated where possible, dust is controlled and the site is cleaned at the end of each stage.
